Hardware installation just $20 bucks each, most places charge at least $40 dollars!! And you typically have to leave it over night. Installing video, memory, hard drives etc, if you drop it off in the morning will get it back later that afternoon. Some installations do require you to leave it over night, give me a call and I can let you know ahead of time.

We charge a flat rate of $65.00 an hour for all repairs/troubleshooting.

System Check Up:

$87.50 Windows XP primary user and $25.00 each additional user;
$55.50 Windows 98/ME *we can no longer install updates as microsoft no longer supports the operating system. It has reached end of life.;

Check up includes: find and remove virus infection/s, remove spyware/adware, run all *Microsoft Windows Updates and driver related updates, clean up and defragment your hard drive. Install the free versions of Spybot Search and Destory, Ad-Aware Personal Edition and AVG Anti-spyware.

System Diagnostics Check out your system to determine what the issues are and make recommendations for parts or repairs only. Or if repair attempts fail or system cannot be repaired. $30.00

We do not stock a lot of parts, this is how we keep our pricing down. When prices go down you save, when they go up you can still save! We stock mostly parts that are commonly used, ribbons, usb cables etc. All other parts can be ordered. Typical shipping is between 3 to 5 days, next day if needed (will of course cost more).

There isn't much we cant fix, but we will admit that not all systems can be repaired. Only one way to find out, bring it in. If we determine your system cannot be repaired - there's no charge. We do not believe in paying for a dead computer, like most places who charge you upwards of $85.00 just to tell you what's wrong.

Have an older system and want to know what can be upgraded? Bring your tower or desktop by our office and we'll take a look see and give you an honest quote! No charge! May require leaving your system for 24 to 72 hours, first come first serve basis.
